Rihanna’s workout revealed! How does she keep that sexy body?

Rihanna Tweeted a picture of herself on a cross trainer wearing very little, in Hawaii. We wondered how she maintained her figure and now we can reveal how she does it. The Huffington Post has spoken to her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak who revealed that with Rihanna, it is all about fine tuning.

Harley is also co-host of American make-over show, the Revolution. He revealed that Rihanna squeezes in at least three 25 minute workouts every week but when she is settled in one place, in other words not touring, she works out five times a week which includes 30 minutes of cardio.

Her cardio includes cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks.

Harley told People.com:

‘She’s got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it’s about the fine tuning.’

In terms of diet she eats lots of protein including bean-based foods and tries to eat five small meals a day.
