Woman all hate their muffin top, if you have one, and when you are trying to shed the pounds it is one area that is really difficult to slim down. You cannot spot reduce fat so although some exercises can tone up areas, you need to shed fat to really eliminate your muffin and Vitamin C can help.

Most fat around your middle is caused by a stress hormone which stores fat in the body, according to FemGuide. So if you are stressed then you might find that you gain muffin inches. The hormone is produced in the adrenal gland and Vitamin C is known to lower it. Red peppers and kiwi fruits are very high in Vitamin C so are great options if you are dieting.
Once you start losing fat around your middle you can do some toning exercises to start to reduce your inches and pull your waist and hips back in. Combining toning with cardiovascular is the best way to do this as it helps to shed fat and tone up.
