Cher Lloyd looks happy in monochrome dress in Heathrow after urine attack (PHOTOS)

Cher Lloyd has managed to put her brush with a bottle of urine at the V Festival behind her as she headed to America for an important performance.

The young X Factor star is taking America by storm with her first single from her new solo album which went straight into the American iTunes chart in the top ten and has sold a million copies already. Sticks + Stones  was released in the UK ten months ago but will only be released in the US in September.

Cher was spotted in Heathrow hand in hand with her fiance Craig Monk looking relaxed and smiley despite being subjected to a humiliating urine attack as she was performing a the V Festival last week as she sang her second song.

She did not stop singing, although she took a short break from the crowd at Hylands Park. However, when she returned, more bottles were thrown so the singer did finish her set early. Cher took to Twitter to say:

‘Thank you so much for all the nice messages, shame that a couple of people had to ruin it, unfortunately a glass bottle got thrown at me on stage.Tomorrow is another day,big love to my brats!!! Xx.’

The 19-year-old wore a pair of black boots and a monochrome dress to the airport, she added a bowler hat and a red bag ass he flew to the US before her appearance on the Today show, which is one of America’s biggest prime time television show and is watched by millions. Cher will perform on the morning show.
