X Factor: Cheryl Cole goes boho chic in the South of France for sexy 2012 calender (PHOTOS)

Cheryl Cole has finally come out of hiding to prove that despite rumours of a breakdown, she can still strut her stuff!

The Girls Aloud singer was unceremoniously dumped from the American version of the X Factor to be replaced by Nicole Scherzinger but she is back to prove that she has not been beaten.

The 28-year-old posed for shots for her 2012 calendar in the South of France this week. We love the very French September shot with Cheryl in what looks like an old barn wearing a slip of a dress with bright red suede heels and red lips. Her barbed wire tattoo is prominent.

For July the Newcastle lass is seen with tousled hair, on all fours on a bed while March is a black-and-white shot with Cole in her bikini top and hotpants.

Other pictures show Cheryl with a boho-chic look, in front of a caravan and an old French farmhouse.

We imagine the boys will love the shots, Cheryl looks fantastic. She is obviously planning her comeback with a role in a Hollywood film with Cameron Diaz (look at the photos of Cheryl on the set of What To Expect When You’re Expecting) and there are rumours that she will collaborate with Britney Spears on a duet.
