Pregnant Carla Bruni sues Gala magazine for unauthorised use of Fort de Bregancon photos

Heavily pregnant Carla Bruni is reportedly less than happy about her appearance on a recent magazine cover. This is Bruni’s second pregnant magazine cover – the first was French Elle.

The photos show Carla in a pretty pink, empire cut maternity dress with spaghetti straps.

This time, according to Europe 1, Carla has accused Gala of using the cover shot and interior photos without her permission.

The first lady of the French Republic was hosting the wives of navy officers fighting in Libya at the presidential retreat in Fort de Bregancon when the photos were taken, according to the Huffington Post.

The 43-year-old’s main complaint is that the photos were sold to Var Matin, a local newspapers, but were resold and Carla wants compensation!

The magazine in question are blaming the photo agency from whom they bought the photos.
